These corporate awards are entirely produced through a mold and casting process. Various resins, paints, metalic powders, laser engraving, and finishing techniques go into the making of each individual component, which are in turn assembled into a personalized artistic award. I have been responsible for every aspect of this project for 3 consecutive years.
